Q1 - How do I buy the iPhone or iPod Touch version of LAPZERO?
The iPhone/iPod version is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. You can get to the App Store through iTunes on your computer or through the App Store right on your iPhone or iPod touch. Once in the App Store, just conduct a search for "lapzero."
Q2 - When timing an event, the indicators on the buttons lead me to believe that I can only track four splits per runner. Is that correct?
Actually, the indicator is just to help you keep track of how many splits you've recorded. After four splits, the indicator resets. So the indicator looks identical for split 1, 5, 9, 13, etc.
Q3 - I installed LAPZERO on my phone, but it is asking for a Serial Number. What’s that?
The non-iPhone version of
LAPZERO requires a Serial Number. No problem. You can create one for free by clicking
here. And, once you create your account, you will have a FREE one-month subscription to

Q4 - I had a LAPZERO account a long time ago. Where did it go?
